A Proven Technique
To get a better understanding of how meditating with the 1 Giant Mind Being technique affects stress levels, we gathered data from over 6,000 of our app users.
To achieve this, we integrated a measurement tool called the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) survey into our app. The PSS is a widely used psychological instrument for measuring the perception of stress. It measures the degree to which situations in one’s life are considered stressful.
The PSS was designed to assess how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overloaded respondents find their lives to be. The users of our app were asked to take the survey before and after they completed the 12 Step Learn Meditation course.
The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the 1 Giant Mind technique’s ability to increase stress resilience, emotional stability, and one’s ability to cope with life’s challenges and demands.

The 1 Giant Mind Meditation Teacher Training is unlike anything in the world.
We train you to teach an effective meditation technique rooted in tradition and formatted for a modern audience.
Our program starts online and continues as you begin to teach the 3-Day Learn Meditation Course in-person. It’s broken down in two phases over the course of a year:
Phase 1 - Become a certified teacher
16 unit online certification program and live webinar classes with Jonni Pollard. 5-7 hrs a week commitment for 12 weeks.
Phase 2 - Master the craft
We like to say the real training begins once you are certified. In your first year of certification, you are required to run at least 6 meditation courses and attend at least 6 scheduled webinar classes to remain certified for the next year. All teachers who are certified for one year and fulfill the requirements will be eligible for other supplemental trainings and our Level 2 certification.

UNIT 1 - WELCOME & INTRODUCTION
You will gain an understanding of the course structure, how to maximize your learning experience, what you will be qualified to do upon graduation of the Level 1 teacher training, and the time commitment required to successfully complete and master the program.
UNIT 2 - BECOMING CERTIFIED TO TEACH THE 1 GIANT MIND BEING MEDITATION TECHNIQUE
We outline what it means to become certified to teach the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique. This includes understanding the responsibility in the role and 1 Giant Mind’s Values and Code of Conduct.
UNIT 3 - THE NATURE OF THE MIND
When we understand the five basic functions of the mind we can have a clear picture of not only what the mind does but how it functions as a whole. This section lays the foundation for how we deepen our understanding of what meditation is and its role in growing our wellbeing.
UNIT 4 - REDEFINING WELLBEING
Wellbeing is a common term but very few people have a clear definition of what it actually is. In this unit, we offer a holistic definition of wellbeing that reveals how to sustain and grow it in our daily lives as well as the role meditation plays.
UNIT 5 - THE MECHANICS OF STRESS
The greatest threat to our wellbeing is too much stress. We are going to learn to distinguish the difference between healthy stress and unhealthy stress, how it impacts the mind and body, and how we use meditation to manage its impact on us.
UNIT 6 - WHAT IS MEDITATION?
We define meditation in the context of the 5 functions of the mind model and reveal what the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation Technique is and why we start here to build a baseline of awareness. With this foundation, we can more effectively practice other techniques that exercise the different functions of the mind.
UNIT 7 - THE 1 GIANT MIND BEING TECHNIQUE
We start to dive into the practical side of the program and break down the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation Technique through a step-by-step process. You will be given practical exercises to learn the 1 Giant Mind teaching method.
UNIT 8 - 9 ASPECTS OF TEACHING
When we combine these 9 aspects of teaching, we have a complete picture of both how and why we teach the way we do. You will learn a holistic understanding of the technique and the most effective way of communicating it.
UNIT 9 - RESPONDING TO STUDENTS’ EXPERIENCES
