Ashley Brown
Ashley has been teaching yoga full time for the past 7 years across Melbourne and Byron Bay’s best studios. She loves studying and sharing ancient wisdom, particularly through the lens of Yogic, Vedic and Taoist worldviews.
After sustaining a career-ending injury while representing the Australian National Soccer Team, Ashley discovered the practice of yoga and the power of mindfulness training. Since then, she has traveled the world undertaking various yoga and meditation teacher trainings. She has a passion for both mindful movement & stillness meditations. Her passion and mission is to spread the knowledge of these modalities with the world and help accelerate the global awakening. In addition to this, Ashley is also a nutritionist and runs a catering business cooking for retreats across Australia.
