To get a better understanding of how meditating with the 1 Giant Mind Being technique affects stress levels, we gathered data from over six thousand of our app users.
To achieve this, we integrated a measurement tool called the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) survey into our app. The PSS is a widely used psychological instrument for measuring the perception of stress. It measures the degree to which situations in one’s life are considered stressful.
The PSS was designed to assess how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overloaded respondents find their lives to be. The users of our app were asked to take the survey before and after they completed the 12 Step Learn Meditation course.
The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the 1 Giant Mind technique’s ability to increase stress resilience, emotional stability, and one’s ability to cope with life’s challenges and demands.
