I am a proud Tasmanian and a passionate meditation teacher.
Growing up in Tassie has given me an instinctive love for the outdoors and I love getting away on the weekend for some adventure, ocean breeze and a little R&R. When i'm not meditating, teaching, soaking up a bit of nature or travelling around the globe, you're likely to find me passionately supporting the might Bombers, the Australian Cricket team, attempting to be a film buff or following the NBA.
