Sam Healy
Sam is a school teacher who started practicing meditation to disprove it!
He quickly discovered that it was effecting his life in transformative ways and began teaching his school students. This led to becoming a qualified 1 Giant Mind Teacher during 2020 so he could provide quality support to his peers and community. Sam is passionate about building an easy going, supportive community that understands prioritising our own Wellbeing has a deep, immeasurable and vital impact on our those we love.
