Sinead Mooney or ‘Moons’ as she’s known to her friends, spent over 10yrs working in TV Advertising whilst studying Yoga/Meditation.

She fully left that crazy world of deadlines 5yrs ago to help others survive/thrive in this challenging wonderful world. Immensely passionate about helping people create better relationships with themselves in an effort to build resilience against modern life’s many intensities; she loves to weave in ancient philosophy in a modern, accessible, fun offering – hence why 1Giant was the perfect fit!
