For Natana, learning how to meditate was both empowering and foundational in developing a greater sense of self awareness – the catalyst for growth and change.

As a meditation teacher and fitness instructor, Natana is passionate about supporting both our minds and bodies in order to show up in our life as our strongest and most aligned selves. While her schedule and routine is constantly changing, meditation is the consistent element throughout and she loves teaching others how they can bring meditation into their lives too.
